1. Who we are

avii is run by TAAO Inc., a Delaware corporation (USA), 1007 N Orange St, 4th Floor, Ste 5510, Wilmington, DE 19801, USA. To reach us, email us at hello@coommit.com.

By creating an account you accept these terms. If you don’t, don’t use avii.

2. What avii does

avii lets you create an AI influencer, make short vertical videos and photos with it (trends, lip-syncs to a song, remakes of your own videos), and post them on your own TikTok, Instagram and YouTube accounts.

Videos and photos are made by AI models run by us and by our providers (Google, fal.ai, ElevenLabs). Results vary: a model can misread a request, and two results are never identical.

3. Your account

You must be 18 or older. We ask your date of birth and refuse anyone younger.

You sign in with Google. One account per person; keep it to yourself. You are responsible for what is done with it.

4. What you may and may not make

Use your own face, or an invented person. Never the face, body or voice of someone else without their written consent, and never anyone under 18.

No sexual or nude content, no violence or hate, no harassment, no content that deceives people about a real person or a real event, nothing illegal.

Only upload videos, photos and music you have the right to use.

Every post made with avii carries an AI label, on each platform that offers one. Don’t remove it or hide that the content is AI-made.

We and our providers filter requests and results. A refused request costs nothing. We may remove content and suspend or close an account that breaks these rules.

5. Your content

What you upload and what you make stays yours, as far as the law allows (AI-made content may not be protected by copyright, and similar results can be made for others).

You let us store, process and send your content to our providers only to run avii for you: make your videos, show them to you, post them where you ask. We don’t use your face or your videos for advertising, and we don’t sell them.

6. Prices, coins and plans

The Free plan gives one influencer and a few clips on Google models, to download.

Paid plans (Starter, Creator, Pro) are monthly subscriptions in US dollars, renewed each month until you cancel. Each paid month adds that plan’s coins to your balance. Coin packs are one-off top-ups, available with an active plan.

Coins pay for what you make. The price in coins is always shown before you confirm. Coins are kept while your account is open, have no cash value, can’t be transferred, and aren’t refunded, except automatically when a job fails.

Payments go through Stripe. We never see your card number.

7. Cancelling

Cancel anytime from Me → Plan → Manage or cancel. Your plan runs until the end of the month you paid, then stops. There is no refund for a month already started.

To delete your account, cancel your plan first, then use Delete my account on the Me page.

8. Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)

Coins and plans are digital content you can use the moment you pay. When paying, you ask for immediate access and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal (EU Directive 2011/83/EU, art. 16(m)). If you haven’t used any coins from a purchase, write to us within 14 days and we will refund it.

9. Posting on your accounts

You connect your accounts through Upload-Post, our posting provider. You choose what is posted, where and when, and you remain responsible for it.

TikTok, Instagram and YouTube decide what they accept and show. We can’t promise a post goes live, nor any number of views. The virality score is an estimate, not a promise.

You can disconnect an account anytime from the Me page.

10. The service

We work to keep avii running but can’t promise it is never down. Models and prices can change; a price shown before you confirm is the price you pay.

We are liable for damage we cause by breaking these terms, within what the law allows. Nothing here limits your rights as a consumer.

11. Changes

If these terms change in a way that matters, we tell you in the app before it applies. The date at the top is the version in force.

12. Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. If you live in the European Union, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your country, and you can go to its courts. If something goes wrong, email us at hello@coommit.com first.
