Who is responsible
TAAO Inc., 1007 N Orange St, 4th Floor, Ste 5510, Wilmington, DE 19801, USA, runs avii and is responsible for your data. For any question or request, email us at hello@coommit.com.
What we keep, and why
Your Google sign-in (email, name, picture): to run your account.
Your date of birth: to check you are 18 or older.
The photos, videos and audio you upload, the influencers and clips you make, and what you type: to make your videos and show them to you. A selfie is used only after you confirm it is you.
Your connected accounts (handle, and access tokens kept encrypted): to post where you ask.
Your purchases (amounts, dates, Stripe references, never your card): to bill you and keep the records the law requires.
Technical logs (requests, errors) and, if you turn them on, notification settings: to keep avii working and secure.
Legal bases: our contract with you for running the service; our legal obligations for age checks and accounting; our legitimate interest for security.
Who it goes to
Only to the providers that run avii, each for its part: Google Cloud (hosting, database, files, and Google’s AI models), fal.ai (paid AI models), ElevenLabs (audio), Upload-Post (posting to your accounts), Stripe (payments). And to TikTok, Instagram or YouTube when you post there.
We don’t sell your data and don’t use it for advertising. avii has no ads and no tracking cookies.
These providers are mostly in the United States. Transfers are covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
How long
While your account is open. When you delete it from the Me page, your influencers, clips, files and connected accounts are deleted (files within 30 days). We then keep only a one-way code of your sign-in (never your email), so an under-18 answer and the free limit still apply, and the payment records the law requires (10 years).
Cookies
Only what avii needs to work: your sign-in session, its security cookies, and your language choice. No ad, analytics or tracking cookies, so no banner to accept.
Your rights
You can access, correct, export or delete your data, object to a use of it, or ask us to limit it. Most of it is in the app (Me page). For the rest, email us at hello@coommit.com; we answer within a month.
If you think we got it wrong, you can complain to the data protection authority of your country (in France, the CNIL, cnil.fr).
